Important Notice Regarding Accommodation Booking and School Resumption Dates

Dear Parents and Students,

We kindly request your attention regarding important updates on accommodation booking and school resumption for the upcoming 2024/2025 academic session.

• Accommodation Booking:
  • Freshers: Booking of accommodation will open on the 2nd of October 2024, exclusively for freshers.
  • Returning students: Booking of accommodation for returning students will commence on the 13th of October 2024.
  • Note: No student will be allowed to book accommodation unless at least 60% of their school fees have been paid.

• Resumption Dates:
  • Freshers: The resumption date is now set for 5th October 2024.
  • Returning students: The resumption date is scheduled for 20th October 2024. No returning students will be allowed on campus before this date.

• Accommodation Payments:
  • All accommodation payments made to date will be transferred to the respective WALLET of each student, which can only be used for accommodation payments, including future use or re-booking.
  • Parents and students can utilize these funds during online checkout to cover any difference, similar to the process followed on typical online payment platforms.
  • Important: Each student has a wallet account on their Student Dashboard/Payment Profile.
  • Parents do not need to travel to the campus to file for a refund or pay fresh funds for accommodation.

• • Freshers who have already made payments for accommodation will be allowed to settle any differences in payment upon checking in.
